A global genome dataset for Salmonella Gallinarum recovered between 1920 and 2024

The extensive S. Gallinarum genome dataset, comprising 574 well-collated samples, provides a comprehensive understanding of the disease’s genomic characteristics. The dataset includes 366 lab-sequenced and 208 publicly available genomes, categorizing the pathogen into three biovars. It also includes 5,636 mobile genomic elements (MGEs) records, providing valuable resources for future genomic studies to improve disease management in developing countries.
